Amalia Vermell works with handmade limited collections and leaves behind the classical values of jewellery to come with a new formal language. Three jewellers based on Barcelona who's challenge is to find the beauty in every shape merging sensibility, ingenuity and passion in their work.

The pieces of "La Reina" collection are inspired by classical pieces of jewelry, when just a few women were queens and were living in palaces wearing crowns, tiaras and gloved hands. Clementina, Elisabet, Victoria...are pieces for woman of now a days, simples but elegants, specials too, queens of themselves.
With this concept Amalia Vermell works based on a new form, transforming royal pieces in geometrics, playing with volumes using metal like feeling paper, engraving the surfaces and building the structure from the same fragment of material. Through the color they find a new language for the brass, more sensitive and lightly and at the same time with character. By using a combination of chain and color thread they let the piece in suspension to create jewelry wearable for original women.
